Q: 軟體會定期更新嗎？ Will there be regular updates?

我們致力於持續優化 SolidVents。不過，由於我和合作的前端工程師目前都有全職工作，開發都是利用下班後的業餘時間進行，因此更新頻率可能較不固定。感謝大家的耐心與體諒！我們會依照開發藍圖，盡最大努力一步步將新功能帶給大家。 We are committed to improving SolidVents continuously! 只要重新整理網頁（按 F5 或點擊瀏覽器的重新整理按鈕），所有參數就會自動恢復為初始的預設狀態。 Simply refresh the webpage (press F5 or click your browser's refresh button), and all parameters will automatically be restored to their initial default state.

Q: 如何調整操作介面的文字大小？ How do I adjust the user interface text size?

您可以透過瀏覽器的縮放功能來調整：請按住鍵盤上的「Ctrl」鍵，同時滾動滑鼠滾輪，即可放大或縮小介面呈現比例。 You can adjust the UI scale using your browser's zoom functionality: press and hold the "Ctrl" key while scrolling your mouse wheel to zoom in or out.

Q: 可以匯出並分享我的設計存檔給別人嗎？ Can I export and share my design parameters with others?

A:

可以的！您有兩種方式可以分享參數：

  1. JSON 設定檔：在右側「儲存庫」的縮圖上點擊右鍵，選擇「匯出設定檔」。
  2. SVG 檔案：直接發送透過 SolidVents 匯出的 SVG 檔案。

Yes! You have two ways to share your presets:

  1. JSON Config File: Right-click on any design thumbnail in your "Repository" and select "Export JSON".
  2. SVG File: Simply share an exported SVG file of your design.

The recipient can just drag and drop either the SVG or JSON file directly into the SolidVents webpage to instantly restore all parameter settings!

Q: 免費會員每日使用次數是甚麼時間刷新？ When does the daily free export limit reset?

A:
免費會員的每日匯出次數（每日 3 次）是基於世界協調時間 (UTC) 來計算的，系統會在 UTC 時間每日的 00:00 進行刷新。 The daily export limit for free members (3 times/day) is calculated based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The system resets at 00:00 UTC every day.

Q: 為什麼匯出的 3D 檔案 (STP) 會有破面或錯誤？ Why is the exported 3D model (STP) broken or glitchy?

A:
這通常是因為圖案線條發生了「自我交疊 (Self-intersection)」。當參數調整得太極端（例如孔洞過大導致重疊）時，生成的 3D 模型運算就會失敗。請試著調整參數，確保圖形之間保有足夠的間隙。 This usually happens when the pattern geometry overlaps or intersects with itself. Please check your parameter settings and ensure there is enough gap/spacing between the shapes. Self-intersecting geometry often causes 3D generation to fail.

Q: 為什麼甜甜圈 (中空) 這類的形狀會有破面？ Why do shapes like donuts (rings) sometimes look broken?

A:

這是「複合圖形」的運算問題。當圖形內部包含「孔洞」時，部分 CAD 軟體在讀取網頁生成的檔案時，會無法正確判斷哪裡該挖空。

建議將「外框」與「內孔」分開生成，分別匯出成兩個 STP 檔，再進入軟體手動進行相減（布林運算），即可完美解決。

This is a "Composite Shape" issue. Some CAD software gets confused when calculating shapes that have "holes" inside them directly from the web.

lightbulb The Fix:

  1. Export the Outer Shape as one file.
  2. Export the Inner Hole as another file.
  3. Import both into your CAD and subtract the hole manually.

Q: 為什麼匯出的 STP 檔案我的軟體打不開？ Why can't I open the exported STP file in my software?

A:
請先檢查您軟體的匯入設定，嘗試切換「實體 (Solid)」或「曲面 (Surface)」模式匯入看看。若依然無法開啟，再嘗試使用線上轉檔工具，將檔案轉換為 .x_t 或 .igs 格式。 First, check your software's import settings. Try toggling the import mode between "Solid" and "Surface". If that doesn't work, try converting the file to .x_t (Parasolid) or .igs (IGES) format.
